Summer accommodation

Our 2 buildings

We are a forward-thinking provider of summer accommodation with a tradition of strong pastoral care.

Well Street Hall

Well Street Hall is perfect for those who are coming to London on a budget and want a comfortable and safe place to stay. It’s the ideal base as you set out for work, attend a course or for a bit of sightseeing every day.

You will be living in a very friendly and welcoming environment.
Supermarkets, bars, cafes and cinemas are right on your doorstep and travelling to and from Well Street Hall is really easy. Hoxton and Shoreditch are close by and travelling into the City, Docklands and the West End is simple.

During your stay, there will always be somebody at Well Street Hall who can give you advice and help in an emergency.
About Well Street Hall

Claredale House

Claredale is perfect for those who need long-term accommodation during the summer. We take applications from those who require accommodation for a minimum of 8 weeks. For shorter stays, our other building Well Street Hall is your better option.

Interns, postgraduates and those working in London over the summer have found Claredale to be the ideal place to stay. It’s affordable, safe and friendly with great transport links. We do not ask for large deposits and extortionate monthly payments. The deposit is modest and, as long as the rent is paid weekly, we are more than happy.

During your stay, there will always be somebody at Claredale who can give you advice and help in an emergency.

What our residents say

“I really enjoy living in the halls. I have my own independence but I can still ask someone if I am not sure about anything. It’s a great place to live.”

Peter, Philosophy student UCL
