Our History

We are a forward thinking provider of student accommodation with a tradition of strong pastoral care.

The Association

Cass and Claredale Halls of Residence Association Limited was formed in 1990 but its roots can be traced back to 1982 when City of London Polytechnic set up two housing associations to provide accommodation for students.

Our values

The Association’s core purpose is to provide support for those studying at educational institutions in London, by providing affordable, secure accommodation.

The Association provides genuine equality of opportunity in all aspects of its activities as an employer and a service provider.

What Makes us Different

We are proud of how we run our buildings and we try our best to get to know our residents. This is helped by the fact that the Managers of both buildings live on site and are able to provide support and advice to all of our residents.
