Claredale House
Claredale House is situated in an exciting part of Bethnal Green close to the great bars and restaurants of Hoxton and near Bethnal Green Tube Station for easy access into the City and the Docklands. The West End, with its theatres, museums, cinemas is only 2.5 miles (4km) from Claredale and you can get there easily by bus or tube.
What does it offer?
Claredale House is a newly refurbished large, four-storey block of flats arranged around an internal courtyard with lockable gates. There are 248 furnished, single rooms, all of which are self-catered. The rooms are situated in 59 flats comprising of 2-7 bedrooms. All flats are centrally-heated with shared kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. Each flat also has a telephone line for incoming calls and internet access in each room.
What other facilities are there?
Each flat has its own kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. It's up to you to bring all your own pots and pans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Residents are also responsible for keeping their own bedrooms clean but flats are visited weekly by cleaners who clean the communal areas of the flats.
There is a launderette on site. There is a limited number of parking spaces available (a deposit is required and terms and conditions apply).
How much is it?
Claredale House will re-opened in June 2010.
