Claredale House
Claredale House is situated in an exciting part of Bethnal Green close to the great clubs and bars in Hoxton and Brick Lane and near Bethnal Green Tube Station for easy access into the city and the docklands. The West End, with its theatres, museums and cinemas, is only 4km (2.5 miles) from Claredale and you can get there easily by bus or tube.
What does it offer?
Claredale House is a newly refurbished large, four-storey block of flats arranged around an internal courtyard with lockable gates. There are 246 furnished, single rooms, all of which are self-catered. The rooms are situated in 59 flats comprising of 2-7 bedrooms. Most of the flats have 4 bedrooms. All flats are centrally-heated with shared kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. Each flat also has a telephone line for incoming calls and free internet in each room (you need to provide your own internet cable).
Please note there are no lifts in the building.
What other facilities are there?
As we mentioned, each flat has its own kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. It's up to you to bring all your own pots and pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and bedding too. Residents are also responsible for keeping their own bedrooms clean but the communal areas of the flats are visited weekly by cleaners who clean the communal areas of the flats.
There is a coin-operated launderette on site. There are a limited number of parking spaces available in the courtyard (a deposit is required and terms and conditions apply).
When are rooms available ?
Claredale House will be available from 18 June 2012 – 1 September 2012.

How do I book a room?
